The bump at ~196Hz is excited by far-field magnetic sweep during ER, Figure 1. A slight excitation seems to occur also at ~310 Hz, Figure 2 (coupling function values).
Looking at the comparison of the Hrec structures excited during the shaking of SDB1 and near-field magnetic injection (#61518), there is a match of the resonances at ~196.5Hz and  ~308Hz, Figure 3 and Figure 4.
