ENV installations at WEB

This morning we installed the loudspeakers setup at WEB: Picture 1. To be used later this week for a short acoustic injection.

We also installed one meggit accelerometer at the WE chamber, second flange from top (at scaffolding second floor): Picture 2. This temporary channel is named ENV_WE_TOP_ACC_X.

From 9:09 to 9:10 UTC Federico shaked the tower (seond Fede's workout of the day!) to check for resonant modes (results to be posted)

We also reduced by 10 the gain of the WE flange accelerometer, but the bit-too-high noise floor of the accelerometer is still there: Figure 3

The tower shaking was effectively moving the higher stage (ENV_WE_TOP_ACC_X accelerometer) starting from a few Hz. Some structures arise in the TOP accelerometer spectrum: around 20Hz, around 40Hz and around 60Hz. Instead the lower level (ENV_WE_ACC_Z) was affected a bit only between 30Hz and 100Hz (see coherent region). Actually the bottom accelerometer is monitoring the orthogonal direction.
