OMC1 was strongly misaligned
Turned on the SDB1 picomotors and looked at single bounce beam from NI.

Figure 1.
15:42 UTC downgoing scan starting at mode order 3.

Realigned started at 6mW on B1s2 on transmission of TEM00, ended with 17.2mW, so there was at least 65% of losses this weekend. So strong OMC misalignment is the explanation for the drop by a factor 1.5 in ITF optical gain. It is surprising the ITF in DC read-out could work with such a bad OMC alignment.

Figure 2.
16:06:30 - 16:09:30 UTC Upgoing scan starting at TEM00. 17.2mW on TEM00, 0.22mW on order 1 with floor at 0.05mW and 0.28 on order 2 with floor at 0.02mW.
This means (0.22 - 0.05)/17.2 = 1% misalignment and (0.28 - 0.02)/17.2 = 1.5% mode mismatch onto the cold beam from the input mode cleaner
