check of DMS Environmental Flags

As  prompted by Fracesco Berni, I checked the status of red or yellow DMS "Environment" flags which shoud be recovered/understood for the start of the Commissioning.

Here the list of "red" flags and "prescriptions" to recover the good working condition:

DMS flag Channels Comment Prescription (suggested action)
Lights INF_CEB_LUX_100 the flag has been yellow since two weeks at least Check for lights on in CEB hall. In case lights are off, possible that the thresholds changed after the illumination upgrade and in case need retuning.
DeadChannels ENV_EIB_ACC_Z the sensor is working OK, the red condition is due to the fact that when EIB-SAS is floating the RMS seismc noise is actually lower Reduce dead channel threshold to 1E-5
DeadChannels ENV_LB_SEIS_X(Y,Z) the episensor on Laser bench is now disconnected (see elog 40804) utill a suited location is found on the bench itself SHELVE the flag for 2 weeks (refer to this elog)
DeadChannels ENV_MCB_IPS(UPS)_CURR_R,S,T The sensors are OFF since March 1st Go in MCB and check the driver box of the current monitors (on East wall) ... possible that it is powered off.
DeadChannels ENV_NE_CT_ACC_Z The sensor is working OK, It happened that a  noisy seismic source switched off around 10:30 UTC today (March 19) Reduce dead channel threshold to 1E-4
NE_Hall ENV_NEB_MAG_N(W,V) since March 16 8:20 UTC  the 50Hz noise increased by almost 10 nT (jumped from 6pT to 15pT). But the sensors are not saturating since they are now desensitized (elog 40540, Feb 2)

Investigate possible source, ask VAC team first

also check if Magnetometers have been accidentally displaced....

DET_Area ENV_EDB_ACC_Z Noise has increased since last Thursday (March 15 around 10UTC). Looks like some extra noise source is on inside the Det LAB (also the microphone sees extra noise).  Peaks at 122, 195, 219 ... 100, 200, 400 Hz. Investigate source, SQZ team first...
CEB Hall ENV_DT_ACC_Z it is slightly above threshold since March 15, can be related to previous item.  can slighlty increase  threshold from 4.5E-3 to 5.5E-3

ENV_MBC_CURR sensors are now working again, we suspect of a bad contact on the board power supply line (+/-15Vdc). To be monitored in the long term.

Attached the tipycal signals for IPS and UPS current (first plot); worth noticing that for little current values there is an offset (see as example ENV_MCB_UPS_CURR_R) that can be removed in datadisplay with the NO DC option (second plot).

Note also ENV_MCB_UPS_CURR_T that is very rich of odd harmonics (third plot).

We had a trip to NEB, all three magnetometers found displaced from their original position.

We found again a "good" situation (see attached plot: Violet was the original mag field before the erroneus displacement, Blue is the recovered mag field), marking it on the floor with permanent markers.

While doing that, we found that the Vertical magnetometer's connector is broken (see attached photo); it need to be repaired.

Also: this Vertical magnetometer (ENV_NEB_MAG_V) is not phisically  stable, the stand need to be unscrewed and repositioned avoiding the cilinder's bottom touching the floor.
