Since the 20170920 there is(first plot):

• some jumps on the latency  on at FbmFE level
• and some holes in the data streams

At 20170921-13h55UTC I 've restarted all the Fbs servers, this fixed the holes problems only.

Looking more deeply on the latency Daq channels it apperars that the latency jumps was triggered by the SMS collection of the EarlyWarning servers done by the FbsMoni server(2nd plots).

I stopped and restarted  by hand the EarlyWarning server at 20170927-19h39UTC without any improvements. According the logfiles the EarlyWarning server was restarted again at 20h55UTC and after that there is no more jumps in the FbsMoni latency (3rd plot)
