WI CO2 actuators blocked on the bench

In preparation for the HWS-INJ measurements with the WI PAM, I blocked all CO₂ beams (DAS and CH) on the bench.

To prevent any unintentional change to the CO2 configuration, I put in PAUSE the TCS_MAIN node; ITF_LOCK is already paused and should not be revived before we start relocking on Thursday afternoon.
