Beam dumps between EQB1 and SQB1

Today around 16:10 UTC I put three beam dumps on EQB1 in front of the windows towards SQB1 for laser safety in view of SR tower access.

Since the access to SR tower is over, today at 10:15 UTC I removed the beam dumps from EQB1.
