Lately the monitoring channel for the North ALS has shown some degradation; tonight it went below the threshold which triggers the fault state twice, and the rising wind is not helping. It also shows a very slow oscillation around 13 mHz.
I stopped the lock acquisition at LOCKED_ARMS_IR.
