Rate of Loud Mid-Frequency Glitches Seems Reduced After the Last MAintenance

This is a quick heads-up that the rate of loud mid-frequency glitches, most of which have been identified as the new population of "step glitches"  #66895, has decreased by a factor ~5 after the last maintenance. In the attachment, I've put the glitchgram of the last two weeks of Low Noise data, together with the rate of glitches with SNR > 50, as well as the zoom-in of the last 4 days. In the plot on the bottom, it is evident a decrease in rate after the maintenance on June 18. To be investigated any action that could have led to a reduction of this rate.

Updated plot for the time evolution of the rate of glitches with SNR >= 10.

From this plot I have the impression that the decrease is not linked to the maintenance, but rather to some sort of exponential decrease with a quite long time constant.

The WR node (which was installed in place of the ole one during the spring break), was switched off during the morning of June 17th, so during the maintenance. It should not have any effect on glitches, and I don't expect it to explain the decrease.

An easy way to check that is to turn it back on.
