B2_PD2 demodulated at 1MHz and 2MHz - first part

Today

  • the LNFS_Demod server has been restarted
    • to provide the LNFS_{6,8,56}MHz_raw_phi channels bwteeen +/-4PI instead of +/-PI previously
    • operation performed at 2025-03-04-08h21m31-UTC
    • As expected, the phases between the LNFS and the EOM do not change (see plot)
  • the  SIB2_Photodiodes server has been restarted
    • to propagate the SIB2_B2_PD2_50MHz_phi for the SIB2_Quadrants demodulation phase noise mitigation
    • to add for monitoring purposes, the SIB2_B2_PD2_{6,56}MHz_raw_dFreq channels
    • operartion performed at  2025-03-04-08h39m44-UTC
  • the SIB2_Quadrants server has been updated
    • to  use the SIB2_B2_PD2_50MHz_phi for the demodulation phase noise mitigation instead of the  SIB2_B2_PD2_112MHz_phi previously
    • operation performed at 2025-03-04-08h40m11-UTC

It remains to check the lock of the ITF and if the noise for the  ASC_PR_T{X,Y}  channels based on B2_QDx_6MHz_{H,V}_I  is at the same level

Today there is none phase noise mitigation engaged for the B2_QD{1,2} quadrant signals with the ITF at LN3.

The attached plots compares the coherency with B2_PD2_112MHz_phi or B2_PD2_50MHz_phi

  • with the B2_QD{1,2}_6MHz_{H,V}_I , noted that  B2_QD2_6MHz signals are used as error signal for the  PR_T{X,Y}  loops
    • there is a small coherency only for B2_QD1_6MHz_V_I
  • with the B2_QD{1,2}_8MHz_{H,V}_I, noted that  B2_QD2_8MHz signals are used as error signal for the  Injection Alignment  loops
    • there is none coherency
