ITF found in LOCKED_ARMS_IR and in BAD_WEATHER Mode. It was not initially possible to proceed further with the lock acquistion due to the strong bursts of wind.
From 15:30 UTC the wind activity decreased enough to restart relocking, it was possible to reach LOW_NOISE_3 at 16:28 UTC, but the lock lasted only a minute until 16:29 UTC.
After various attempts, the ITF was back in LOW_NOISE_3 and Science Mode from 18:57 UTC. Due to the time constraint, it was not possible to performed the planned Calibrations.
The ITF unlocked again at 19:36 UTC, this time it was possible to relock it at the first attempt, back in Science Mode from 20:26 UTC. It unlocked again at 21:43 UTC.
