• 16:08 - 17:15UTC locked in CARM_NULL_1F
• 17:18 - 17:40UTC, OMC scan
• 17:53 - 19:08UTC locked in LN2
• 19:08UTC stopped Commissioning mode and request LN3_SQZ
• 19:15UTC locked in LN3_SQZ but BNS Range under 40Mpc
