Looking at the SSFS_Err_I signal I found that there is some 1Hz combs  between 30-50Hz, around 100Hz and 200Hz

• these 1Hz combs were not present  the last lock at LN3  related  to 2024-01-22-17h57-UTC (red)
• but they are present on the SSFS_Err_I channels at the first relock at LN3 the 2024-01-25-17h57-UTC (purple)
• and are still presents : ITF at LN3 the 2024-02-14-00h00-UTC (blue)

Looking at the IPS and UPS CEB channels, zoom between 10Hz and 100Hz, one can see that there are a lot of 1Hz combs on all the channels: current and voltage on the IPS and on the UPS channels.

Thanks the spectromoni plots, where the  ENV_CEB_UPS_VOLT_S is available,   one can find that

• the 1Hz combs appeared the 2024-01-23 around 8h30-UTC
• and are still present  2024-02-14-00h00
