In the afternoon we partially continued the recovery. Here a brief summary:
- we had a few issues with the jump and the DIFFp; the former took a longer time in order to have the sidebands balanced, but sometimes the trend is asymmetrical between LSB and USB for B1p_56MHz; the latter needed a very high gain in the "steady" state (job done by the servo), but a higher gain at the engagement caused unlocks; the situation now is stabilized but it should be monitored;
- we checked the rest of CARM_NULL_3F and tuned a couple of parameters, nothing critical (B2_169MHz phase mainly);
- we tried to go to CARM_NULL_1F a few times: the SSFS phase has been tuned, and the crossing gain was increased, as we witnessed a low frequency oscillation (so, on the IMC branch); demodulation phases for PR, PRCL and MICH/SRCL have been pre-tuned but we failed at the handoff; SRCL_SET, SRCL and CARM2RFC have been commented in the automation and need to be tuned from scratch;
- sometimes, after an unlock at CARM_NULL ALS becomes quite noisy and in the following lock the corrections are glitchy, easily causing unlocks;
- at the time of writing the DRMI is again harder to lock, and we had a few unlocks at the CARM_MC/DARM_IR stages (unrelated to the issues of the last days);
- we noticed that, despite the same V_DAC as before, the CHRoCC I/V_OUT are a little bit higher than before the shutdown; to be checked whether to tune it further.
