Introduction of new DQSTUDIES ITF Mode & capability to trace actions from metamedm interfaces

Short report, more details to come:

The new DQSTUDIES ITF Mode has been implementated and tested succesfully
For the capability to trace actions performed from medm interfaces I have restarted all automation nodes on the new metatron release introducing it (v0r2p4) and I was able to reach back DRMI_3f, but since I have experienced some strange behavior (it seems that a stop of a node on code error imply the crash of the whole upper hierarchy of nodes) so I reverted back to the previous running version and restarted again all nodes. So automation is back on the previously running release.

To be noted that the node failing on the code was DRMI_LOCK complaining on the timer['SR_MISALIGNED'] not set. To fix it I have just introduced a flag for the check of the timer expiration. The originators of the code should double check.

While attempting to relock the arms after restoring metatron v0r2p2 the beam unfortunately disappeared. The INJ node was reporting error on the amplifier dc check: "Amplifier Off!"

I have contacted the INJ on call (Spinicelli) who has done few actions from remote. We agreed that he will have a deeper look tomorrow morning since anyhow in shift.

Here more details on the new DQSTUDIES ITF Mode (and corresponding flag) introduction.

The DQSTUDIES flag is an equivalent of the "science" flag used during observation times. The point is to highlight data for the detchar team during which there is no active commissioning and the state of the interferometer is relatively good. The judgment if those conditions are met is left to the person setting initially the mode manually (normally the operator or one of the Commissioning crew members in shift).

In order not to lose potentially quiet time just because there was an unlock the mode is set again automatically by looking at the BNS range value. A dedicated threshold has been introduced on the ITF_STATUS.ini (range_bns_thr). Actually, the behavior is such that, after the manual setting, the entering and exiting from the DQSTUDIES mode is depending on being over or under the range_bns_thr threshold.
The behavior was tested during last Thursday shift, since missing an actual LN2 lock, by setting the locked_state_index to the reachable state (DRMI_3f) and the range_bns_thr to zero.
I will profit of one of the next locks to LN2 (hopefully soon...) to add a plot on the described behavior in standard conditions.

This new ITF Mode (corresponding to the value -13 of the DQ_META_ITF_Mode channel) needs now to be managed inside the ITF_EVENTS (also for proper visualization in the ITF Event Monitor) and eventually inside the DetChar software packages.

After re-discussing the matter of the DQSTUDIES logic, the check on the BNS range has been removed and substituted with a short delay (2 minutes) after being again LOCKED to come back into DQSTUDIES mode at every unlock.
Going in and out of DQSTUDIES mode (except for unlocks) will then always be a manual setting. This way the mode is simply contain the "manual" information set in Control Room that the ITF is supposed to be stable enough.
Also the ITF_STATUS states transitions have been updated (See Fig. 1) in order to allow the transition to DQSTUDIES only from LOCKED. Attempts to move to DQSTUDIES while not LOCKED are simply discarded.
This new logic has been tested in the various relevant conditions and the behavior seems correct.
The Commissioning crew is planning to have periods with stable locks in the coming weeks and those will be highlighted by setting this mode. Especially the Detchar team is invited to look at the data on those periods. In this respect, a reminder that this new ITF Mode correspond to the value -13 of the DQ_META_ITF_Mode channel.

Since now the ITF can be LOCKED on both LOW_NOISE_2 and LOW_NOISE_3, the transitioning to DQSTUDIES has been conditioned on having reached LOW_NOISE_3
