SWEB Timing issue

On December 5th at 1h34m47 UTC the SWEB timing has been lost.
This is due to a short on the +12V supply used to power buffers for the timing signals. The current of this power rail suddenly increased to the current limit (2A). The short is located inside the minitower, so we'll have to open the tower to find the culprit.

Thanks to Flavio and Matteo we managed to send again the IrigB signal inside the minitower. This was done by bypassing the active buffer on the external "power sypply interface B prime" board. (see schematic) This board is located on the minitower flange. The IrigB signal path is fully passive up to the DaqBox, so the +12V supply is not needed for the IrigB. The 10MHz signal cannot be sent until the short on the +12V is fixed.

SWEB minitower DaqBoxes are synchronized using the IrigB signal, as it has been working for 2 months.

Note: there was a naming error on power supply number 12: SWEB_PowerUnit12_Quadrants_p12V was swapped with SWEB_PowerUnit12_Timing10MHz_p12v. This error was fixed at 13h20 UTC.
