Dithering modification

After opening SQB1 we had some problem in closing dithering aligment loops.

We did the following modifications:

BPC dithering line amplitude from 0.002 to 0.1
BPC loop gain from 0.00025 to 0.00003
New beam centering setpoint ( FCIM TX = -5, FCIM TY = 8, FCEM TX = -5, FCEM TY = -10)

After this modifications the loops works fine again. The maximum power achieved is 3.5 V, but we have an additional vieport on the beam path.

The modification to the dithering seems to work well. We could keep the filter cavity stably locked during the whole night yesterday.
