Coherence analysis of 50Hz harmnics and calibration lines

We continued the analysis of the side-bands around 50Hz harmonics (ref 42630) and we performed a similar analysis on calibration lines. The coherence was calculated using the code developed for this purpose by Barbara Patricelli, for LSC_DARM and channels mentioned in the attached Channel list. The process was carried out for two modulation channels, CAL_PR_MIR_Z_CORR and ENV_CEB_UPS_VOLT_R. The GPS used was 1219658222, August 30 2018. The analysis was done up to 500 Hz only. The code results in channels sorted and listed in accordance to their coherence, with the threshold of coherence being kept at 0.5 for this analysis. Ranking list mentioning the channels having highest coherence is attached. In the case of the modulation channel ENV_CEB_UPS_VOLT_R, the coherence was found for the frequencies around 50 Hz, 100 Hz, 150 Hz, 200 Hz, 250 Hz, 300 Hz, and 350 Hz. Plots attached. In the case of the modulation channel CAL_PR_MIR_Z_CORR, the coherence was found for the frequencies around 36 Hz, 63 Hz, 10 Hz, 200 Hz, 358 Hz, 397 Hz. Plots attached. In all the attached plots, the ASD of LSC_DARM and the projection of the coherence on the ASD of most prominent channels has been plotted with respect to frequencies. Only the prominent channels are plotted and the names are mentioned in the legend of plots.
