At 13h51UTC  FbmAlp crashed, but it remains green at VPM level .  A reloadConfig of VPM allowed to see as a dead server and to restart it .

As consequence there is 1317 seconds between 1174312302.0 and 1174313619.0 of data missing for all the streams (RAW,RDS,TREND)
