Print this reportWI payload preparationIn the morning we verified that we can proceed with the integration of WI payload. Indeed, during the disassembly a part of the rotary JB had been lost. That the part had to be located on the HYMO, but probably during the cleaning up was lost. We found a spare.
Also, we had to check the status of a coil wire (up-left looking from the rear side). The vacuum cabling checks done last Wednesday showed up the problem, as the insulating shield appeared critically damaged. Indeed that part had not been dismounted in its components, but removed from the cage as a whole. So that we can presume the damaged wire was already there . Anyhow, if the wire touches other conductors (e.g. the actuation cage) a potential issue may arise. We took care of properly fix the wire orientation in order not to touch (5 mm away) and xchecked electrically after words thanks to teh vacuum cabling crew. Since the wire is anchored to the same body (the cage) on the two sides, it is stiff enough, and there aren't moving parts around, there is no risk associated to this situation, and we go ahead.
Tomorrow: Set the stops close and unload the fibres to 60% of the full load, pack, bring it under the flange. Integrate connecting cage and suspension wire. Hopefully before lunch.
