The issue was due to a fake contact of the Marionette DSP board #2 (serial #51172) in the crate. Today after removing and re-inserting the board from the crate the glitches disappeared from TZ correction signals. On the other DOFs this has been confirmed by changing the DC of the correction signals with the motors: no noticeable effect was apparent.
