After the recovery of the ITF following the installation of the SR baffle, the interferometer unlocked several times, some of them were clearly indicating the PSL/INJ as source of unlock. 

One of the main concern about is the temperature change of the main laser, as in the past the ML temperature setting has been associated to glitches and instability of the laser.

During the night between 12th and 13th there were two unlocks similar to fig. 1. Here, there is an clear instability in the EOM corrections as well as in all the frequency and power error signals. Not clear who is the culprit. 

Instead, the 14th just before the problem of the slave laser, the behavior was different (fig. 2), and it seems that the PMC/PSTAB loop react before everything else. 

On the 12th evening, another unlock seemed to be related to the INJ system (fig. 3 and 4), however no PSL/INJ seem to see anything, except for the MC mirror Z that starts to drift away. No clear reason has been found yet.
