HVAC* signals frozen - BACNetServer restarted

Starting from September 18, HVAC_INJ* and HVAC_DET* have been frozen to fixed value. The BACnetServer was giving errors like:

We restarted the BACnetServer and the problem seems fixed.

It remains to address the issue with the INJ air conditioning signalled by Federico et al. in https://logbook.virgo-gw.eu/virgo/?r=67740
