Comment to New thermoregulator for CEB Hall (67761)
The new thermal regime achieved after replacing the controller has an average temperature lower by about one degree compared to the value existing before the failure.
This can be deduced from the various temperature sensors in the hall and from the temperature sensors inside the towers. An example is shown in the attached plots.
This occurs despite the loop set point remaining unchanged and the in-loop sensor showing the same pre-existing temperature (HVAC_CEB_HOT_TE channel). Since the error and correction signal show that the loop is working properly, the reason could be due to an error sensor reading offset with the new controller.
This hypothesis is also confirmed by the fact that the INF_CEB_HALL_TE sensor, located next to the HVAC_CEB_HOT_TE sensor (both are located in the central part of the hall), is measuring a temperature lower by about 1 degree.
