To reduce the Tolm input data flow at the SUSP_Fb level, now only 4 channels over the previous 14 are exchanged between the ISC_rtpc and the SUSP_rtpc to check the Tolm network v1 up to the last MxDx_v1 stage, just before the SUSP DSPs.
Some rules have been applied to fix the start order of the rtpc4 Acl's servers

Update DaqMoni and ServersMoni DMS server configurations
The DaqMoni and ServersMoni configuration files have been updated with an include file
- DaqMoni managing the temperature of the DAQ devices with the include file named /virgoData/VirgoOnline/DaqMoni_DBOX_ADC7674_TEMPERATURE.cfg
- ServersMoni managing the timing state of the DAQ devices with the include file named /virgoData/VirgoOnline/DaqMoni_DBOX_ADC7674_TIMING.cfg
These include files are based on the DBOX configurations used for the VirgoOnline domains and can be built using some scripts located in /virgoData/DAQ .
It appeared that some DBOx or ADC7674 devices were not monitored by the DMS. This allowed us to find that
- the DET_ADC_Moni2 ADC7674 has its temperature above 80 degC, probably due to some broken fans. As a trial to reduce its temperature, the operator (Fabio) opened the dorr of its rack
- 2 DBOXes, EDB_DBOX_OMC and EDB_DBOX_SQZ , were not synchronized to the Timing : they have been reconfigured
