ITF unlocked at 12:31:19 UTC (GPS time 1439555497). Failed locking attempt at CARM_NULL_1F at 12:49:57. INJ team looking at the issue.

At 21:30:39 UTC of Aug 17, the Mode Cleaner Building seems to have switched from UPS to IPS. See attached plot. D'Andrea was contacted by Menzione, and is currently investigating the issue in conjunction with Romboli.
