ITF found in SCAN_ARMS_ALS and in TROUBLESHOOTING mode. 

Upon fixed the problem on ALS, I exit from TROUBLESHOOTING and restarted the lock acquisition, performed the usual cross-alignment in ACQUIRE_DRMI (3 urad Ty- for SR, 1.3 urad Tx- and 0.5 yrad Ty+ for PR).
Unfortunately the issue on ALS was not completely solved. TROUBLESHOOTING set again for few minutes.

At 17:24 UTC ITF reached LN3_SQZ but with a very low BNS Range. SCIENCE_MODE set.

From 18:11 to 18:23 I set in ADJUSTING_MODE to allow Bersanetti to "disabled SRCL2DARM".

WE UPS1 and 2 failure: Both UPS' at WE went in failure at 15:14 UTC. Experts contacted the external company to repair them. Activity planned for Tuesday morning. We are under ENEL without safety.
