ITF found in Science, BNS Range ~50Mpc

• 23:02UTC, ITF unlocked due to an Earthquake in Phlippines after some drops in BNS Range from 22:51UTC. Visible effects on suspension until 00:00UTC
• 23:05UTC, reload and enable Etalon loop
• During lock acquisition, NE Top Stage, WE F7, WE Top Stage, SNEB and SWEB Position Loops opened by the guardians.
  Closed all properly
• During lock acquisition, several unlocks occurred for no obvious reasons in CARM_NULL_3F state or after reaching CARM_NULL_1F.
  Only three times seem to be due to the same causes of yesterday afternoon, too much power on B1s (01:48UTC, 02:15UTC and 03:26UTC).

After last unlock due to power on B1s, I put ITF in CARM_NULL_1F
Status reached at 03:38UTC
