Today at 8h18 UTC, I have restarted SegOnline process after changing its configuration so that it takes as input channel the adcData V1:DQ_META_NOMINAL_LOCK instead of the serData DQ_META..NOMINAL_LOCK.
To do this, I had to restart also FbmQc (and change its configuration) so that it propagates this new adcData channel down to SegOnline.
So, from 2024-04-15-08:18:00, the DQ flag V1:ITF_NOMINAL_LOCK is properly produced and sent to DQSEGDB.
