Operator Report - Morning shift

Upon reaching the site I found the ITF in LOCKING_ARMS_BEAT_DRMI_1F, I went back in LOCKED_ARMS_BEATING and, from 7:09 UTC to 7:39 UTC, performed a FSR Scan (function CARM_SET_scan_FSR(15)). After this set of measurements was completed I started to relock the ITF and, after two attempts, it was possible to reach LOW_NOISE_3 at 9:52 UTC, but the lock lasted only until 10:01 UTC. It was possible to reach LOW_NOISE_3 again at 11:20 UTC, but the lock lasted only until 11:27 UTC.
For the following attempts, we left the ITF in LOW_NOISE_2 from 12:28 UTC to 13:42 UTC, also while locking Spinicelli updated the DARM gain.
ITF left locked.

No DMS alerts were received during the shift.

Other activities carried out during the shift
- Cascina firewall hardware upgrade (Cortese, Kraja), still in progress

Figure 1 shows a simple analysis of the arm scan done with cold arms this morning. The marke shows the position of the 56MHz TEM00 in the north and west arms. There is a carrier HOM in between the two. When the interferometer gets hot the carrier HOM should move by ~0.005 of an FSR towards the right, the HOM in the north arm will then get close to the 56MHz TEM00, but still above it. There is not much room for tuning the EM RH in this position, increasing the correction will make the carrier HOM interfer with the 56MHz in the cold west arm, while decreasing the EM RH correction will make the carrier HOM interfer with the 56MHz in the hot north arm.
