Details:
This morning I was called by the operator because the INJ system went off again.
I followed the exact same procedure from yesterday, i.e.,
- Open all the loops (BPC, AA, MC, RFC)
Applied a hysteresis on the BPC DSP card and unloaded the integrators;
- Bring BPC to the correct working point acting on the picomotors on EIB;
- Verify Automatic Alignment and bring back MC_F0_Z to the right position (today it was off only by 100 um);
- Verify FmodErr and relock all the loops.
At the end of the intervention INJ was back to golden state on the metraton node.
Deeper investigation is needed to understand what is causing these bad INJ unlocks.
