PCal laser (bad) recovery

This morning, we tried with Andrea to recover the PCal lasers.

Note that the PCal laser driver were not switched off properly following the emergency procedure provided end 2019 before the mains shutdown of Saturday. This emergency procedure has now been added also in the calibration wiki https://wiki.virgo-gw.eu/Commissioning/Calibration/PCAL_EmergencyStop

NE PCal has been partially recovered: the laser was restarted with its correct power. However, an issue was found on the Hameg power supply, channel 3: 15 V is required, but it jumps to 0 as soon as we enable its output. This is also the case when the cables of channels 3 and 4 are disconnected, so it seems an internal issue or bad configuration. As a consequence, the NE Rx integrating sphere is kept off for the moment. More investigations about the power supply are needed.

WE PCal laser must be repaired. the laser was restarted, but no power could be output, neither from remote control and from local manual actions. Probably the two pump diodes of the driver are dead. Further actions will be planned.

The WE PCal has been finally successfully recovered with Suzanne and put back in operation at 16h45 UTC. In addition, the hameg26 is now pingable, and has been added in the power supply monitoring process.

The cross-calibration of the three power sensors will be checked when the system will be warmed-up.

The NE Pcal faulty power supply has been replaced with Suzanne and Gianmatteo:

hameg30 has been replaced by hameg28. The Hardware database has been updated accordingly.

At this occasion, Gianmatteo noticed that some cables in the banana connectors were not well tighten (in particular one cable providing the -10 V to Tx_PD1 photodiode). They all have been better tighten.

The process PCal_PowerSupply configuration has been updated to monitor the Hameg28.

The NE Pcal is now in operation with the power loop closed at 1.3 W. DMS flags will be checked once the system will be warmed-up (two flags are still out-of-limits but very close to the limits).

The Pcal Lasers and control loops were switched off on NE and WE on the 09/11/2023 at 15h (UTC) to allow for the realignement.
