NI ACC1 gain changed

NI inertial damping did not work due to an oscillation slowly growing at 100 mHz. This typically happens when the accelerometers are not well calibrated.

A new measurement of ACCs calibration has been performed; the gain of ACC1 has been found wrong by a factor of 2. All the calibration filters has been updated, even if only one was really different. The loop has been closed and it is working fine.

This morning again NI inertial damping started oscillating. A new measurement of ACC calibration has been performed, finding that ACC1 gain was not good anymore and one more adjustment by a factor of 2 was required. After the adjustment, the ID was closed properly, but the situation starts to be a bit worring and it would be better to have a look.

After several tests yesterday we solved the issues on F0 horizontal accelerometer #1 by excluding the corresponding channel in the distribution box (channels 2-6 are now used). The origin of the issue is therefore either due to the D-BOX or the SCSI cable (to be investigated). In any case both horizontal and vertical inertial damping loops have been fully restored and are performing now as before the blackout event.
