Comment to INJ system analysis after recovery (55579)

We repeated the analysis done on 20th of April, in order to have more data for comparison after the intervention on the towers.

- In the first plot we can see the power transmitted on the Mode Cleaner on the top graph, the power measured on the output of EIB in the middle graph and the throughput of the injecton system (bottom graph), i.e., is the ratio between the calculated power at the output of the PMC (we have estimated 7% losses from the output of the PMC to the output of EIB) and the power at the input of the interferometer (which is estimated to be 7.5% less w.r.t the output of the IMC due to SIB1 losses). As we can see the INJ throughput has slightly decreased, around 1%, considering the mean value of both periods as indicated in the figure.

- On the period of 1 to 10 April we have around 7.5% of mismatch as can be seen in the second plot, while we have arounf 8.3% of mismatch in the period of 19 to 28 April (third plot), indicating that the mismatch has worsen of ~0.8%.

- Regarding the throughput (Mode Cleaner intracavity) losses we had a mean value of around 18% on the first period (fourth plot) and 18.2% after the intervention (fifth plot).

- To be noted that the mismatch is included in the calculation of the intracavity losses, according to the formula:

                                                            throughput\_loss = 1 - (IMC\_TRA/EIB\_OUT) - mismatch - other\_losses;

Where other_losses is estimated to be 0.5%. Moreover, here we are calculating the throughput losses of the Mode Cleaner only (intracavity losses), not to be confused with the Injection system throughput mentioned in the first bullet point, which considers the whole power throughput: from the ouput of the Laser Bench to the input of the Interferometer.
