The ALS{N,W}ARM, {N,W}ARM_LOCK, ARMS_LOCK, DRMI_LOCK and ITF_LOCK metatron servers  have been restarted with the FDIN_TAG facility .

After these operations the ITF was relocked successfuly at CARM_NULL_1F

This allows to reduce the olserver52 cpu usage by 5% , so a gain of 1,6 core (0.05*32).

It reamins to perform the same operation for the DET_MAIN, TCS_MAIN, INJ_MAIN and SQZ_MAIN Metatron nodes
