ITF in Science mode for all the shift, Hrec_Range_BNS oscillataing around 45.5 Mpc.

At 13:38 UTC we had an event of NI marionette control failure. This time the ITF did not unlock; the consequence was a drop in Hrec_Range (see attached plot).
