I updated the threshold files to generate Omicron online vetoes, using a recent UPV run over one week of data:

• The threshold of V1:DAQ_FMOD_56MHz_phi-injalign has been adjusted
• A veto based on V1:LSC_PRCL has been added to complement V1:LSC_PRCL_CORR-scatteredlight on vetoing scattered-light glitches
• The threshold of V1:PSL_PMC_TRA_AC-pstab has been updated to better catch the high frequency PMC/PSTAB glitches (see plot)

All the veto channels are now tagged by "_2019-09-19". Note that no online process had to be restarted; only the input threshold files have been updated.
