New parameters for WE roll damper have been found. Hopefully now the loop is more stable; at least it was stable during this morning test, as we can see looking at DARM rms @ 9.7 Hz (fig 1). The improvement of Hrec @ 10 Hz is the usual one (fig 2).

Now the damper is in operation. Let's see if the strange instability will occur again.
