ITF found in Science Mode. It unlocked at 7:27 UTC but, after an unlock at LOW_NOISE_1 at 7:42 UTC, the WE and WI MAR loops were opened by the Guardians. Furthermore, an earthquake ( M 8.0 - 75km SSE of Lagunas, Peru, 07:41:14 UTC ) shook all the suspensions, delaying the relock.
At 9:42 UTC, after recovering the alignment of the cavities, I started to relock again. After a series of attempts, the ITF wasn't able to reach LOW_NOISE_1. ITF in TROUBLESHOOTING mode from 11:33 UTC, I contacted the ISC On Call ( M. Vardaro ). We temporarily stopped the various alignment loops before reaching the Dark Fringe and manually engage them. After some trials, we were able to reach LOW_NOISE_1 at 12:34 UTC. ITF unlocked after 10 minutes in LOCKING_OMC_1_b1s2_DC.

SUSP
WE and WI MAR loops opened by the Guardians at 7:42 UTC due to an unlock. Properly closed at 8:28 UTC ( WE ) and 8:51 UTC ( WI ).

Oncall - ISC
At around 11:35 UTC I contacted the ISC onCall due to systematic unlock reaching LOW_NOISE_1. We were able to start locking the OMC but ITF is still not stable, investigations still in progress.

VPM
TFMoni crashed at around 7:37 UTC. Properly restarted at 7:39 UTC.

SBE
SNEB and SWEB drift still near the limit of -4.5 V. SNEB inverted its direction during the morning, while SWEB is above the threshold showing an oscillation. See the attached plots.
