Activities during maintainance

Here is the list of activities performed on suspensions during this morning maintainance:

GIPC filters used for wind conditions has been improved and tested.
WE Marionette damper of a 9.7 Hz mode along Tz has been implemented and tested.
NE F0 position along Z is automatically saved by Metatron every minute after LN3 is reached. This setpoint will be used for the automatic re-aligment of NE Marionette along Tx after unlock. The feature will be probably deployed in tested during next maintainance.

During this morning maintainance we went further on NE F0 position saving/restore.

The ITF_LOCK automation node has been modified to:

In the LOW_NOISE_3 and LOW_NOISE_3_SQZ run() method the NE F0 position along Z is automatically saved every minute and stored inside the SUS_NE.ini (as ne_f0_z)
This setpoint is then read from SUS_NE.ini at the end of DOWN main() and used for the automatic re-aligment of NE Marionette along Tx after unlock.

At the moment the effective realignement action is commented and the ITF_LOCK log files will be monitored to check for the correct storing/restoring and calculations.
