Environmental sensors detect what looks like a switch off or terminal building air conditioners occurring exactly once per day, lasting one minute or so:

that occurs every day at 22 UTC for WEB and at 14 UTC for NEB: Figure 1 and Figure 2. It is going on since long, at least May.

This seems not to impact on halls temperature, but it might create ENV glitches and stress the machines.
