Extra noise at high frequency readout by the RFC

We noticed the RFC error signal shows higher noise as you can see on the first plot. The rms is a factor of 2 higher respect to what we used to have during the commissioning time we had at the end of January beginning of February 2018. 

We have to understand if it is really frequency noise or a problem at the level of the photodiode or the demodulation.

I have also closed the Power stabilization loop for some tiem this morning and we cannot see any effect on the RFC error signal (see second plot).

Taking a look to the error signals of the north arm, it is clear that the extra noise found is coherent with the error signal of the reference cavity between 500 Hz and 1kHz. Also in the correction of the north arm we see that the rms is dominated by the contribution in this region, which difficults the lock (see Figure 1). The coherence with the RFC points to frequency noise, to be better understood.
