The shift was fully dedicated to the arms alignment. There were several problems and the shift was finished without reach the lock of the arms.
There were problems with the MC suspensions, too. At 21:15UTC it was out of standard position over 1500u. Same situation at 22:00UTC, the expert was informed and is coming back on the site to solve the issue.

In order to avoid futher problem in recovering the situation I have opened the IMC AA loops.
As noticed by Alessandro this evening there are also problems with the EIB controls since this afternoon for unknown reasons.
I have openbed the EIB controls aroud 8.25 LT.
The PMC is scanning and the beam is blocked on the laser bench.
Note that I was able to close the viscous damping loop but not the position
control since the correction on one actuator was too hihg.
