because of the inj air conditioning failure now the inj area is cooled by the central building clean-rooms air conditioning machine, at 16:05UTC we decided to move the machine from nominal to reduced flux; now the room temperature seems reaching a stable value while the benches temperature are still going down, trying to face this at ~20:30Lt I closed half door between the inj area and the clean-room (see plot).
It seems that now we have almost reached the thermal equilibrium. The operation made by Fabio seemed to have a positive effect. The BPC corrections are fine as you can see on the attached plot. The only concern in this configuration is that the laser lab is less immune to acoustic noise since the door between the laser lab and the SIB2 area is opened.
As you can see on the second figure, the acoustic noise in the laser room is higher for frequencies above 100 Hz but lower below (might be due to the fact that the room AC is off and contributes for teh acoustic noise at lower frequencies).
The ITF was left in COMMISSIONING last evening. Since it seems we have a decent steady state for the INJ Lab temperatures and the ITF is currently well performing I have swapped back to the automatic locking follow-up setting in ITF_STATUS and correspondingly the mode is now LOCKED.
