INJ Tango servers have been configured for Scientific Linux and CMT. Changing the system is at the request of the EGO software manager.
To switch servers from cmplvtf ( debian / apt-get ) to tangoitf ( SL6 / cmt ) and vice-versa the commands ( illustrated in figures below ) are...

  setenv TANGO_HOST cmplvtf:10000; astor &   "Stop All"
  setenv TANGO_HOST tangoitf:10000;astor &   "Start All"

The tangoitf configuration creates the same problems for INJ system as the VAC system. These were reported in  VIR-0403A-16.pptx. i.e.
  *Many Tango tools do not work correctly
  *Long term tests are invalidated.
  *Tango community support is  limited due to EGO customisation.

*Access Control  works on cmplvtf  but not on tangoitf (yet?). See..
