Paolo reported the impossibility of moving the NE vertical hoist motor.

Yesterday morning, and this morning (meanwhile Francesco prepared an adapter for the connector), we performed a few checks.  The summary is:

- we re-checked the integrity of the whole cabling  (although it was already done in theh Lab before the installation).  In detail, the external cable, the in-vacuum long cable from feedtrough to top stage, the in-vacuum short cable from top-stage to the connector on the motor case.   Everything was OK.

- we checked the resistance of the motor phases measuring  it on the Fischer connector of the motor case.  We found one of the 2 phases in short-circuit, exactly the one connected though the  pins 6 and 7 of the Fischer connector.  (connector pinout in the  attached file)

   To solve this problem, would be necessary to act inside the motor  case.
