Measured TF (ENV_NEB_NOISE / ENV_NEB_MAG_V) has a rotating phase, which might be associated to different filtering   
--> this could explain (to be chacked) the phase rotation observed last TUESDAY in TF between MAGNETOMETER and ENV_NEB_NOISE

9:53 to 9:58 utc current driving mode - colored noise (0-1000Hz, amplitude 0.1): reached amplifier voltage limit 
--> TRICK: will have to reduce band of injection but we notice that magnetometers saturate
limit for random noise injection 
is about 100 times above ambient noise (cannot for sure reach 1000 times above ambient noise)
