30/01/2020  while ITF unlocked we switched OFF the front panel double-pole switch of motors crates in CEB, all but not INJ and DET
(only the crate of the lower part of the suspension, like the one in WEB we know introduce noise in Hrec)

ITF relocked

from 10:49 to 10:58 UTC Paolo's dampers still OFF

from 11:08 Paolo's dampers ON



It seems that:

47.45 Hz line: no changes

47.80 Hz line: no changes (then later reduced by active Paolo's damper)
48.03 Hz line: no changes (then later reduced by active Paolo's damper)
48.45 Hz line: no changes (then later reduced by active Paolo's damper)

from 48.50 Hz to 48.65 Hz (bump) reduced factor 2

49.26 Hz reduced factor 1.5

from 49.65 Hz to 49.78 Hz (bump) reduced factor 2

49.85 Hz reduced factor 1.5

49.92 Hz reduced factor 1.5
