This morning I found the itf trying to relock without success, the relock of the itf was not possible mainly because of trouble with the injection system; the shift was spent with the injection experts working to recover a good working condition of the system; then we started to relock the itf and once fixed the OMC problem the itf was locked in LOW_NOISE_3.

during the relock attempts we had systematic unlocks while locking the first OMC, I called the det on-call to fix the problem.
