Operator Report - Morning shift

ITF found in LOW_NOISE_3 and Prepare_Science Mode.
At 6:00 UTC I set the ITF in Maintenance mode and manually unlocked to perform the weekly tasks.

Here a list of the activities communicated to the Control Room:
- Cleaning of Scientific Area, Central and NE Building (external firm managed by Ciardelli);
- OMC Scan/Lock in NI Single bounce Configuration (Operator);
- From 7:00 UTC to 7:45 UTC, SQZ PLL check (Zendri);
- At 7:00 UTC, TCS Chiller Refill (Menzione);
- From 7:05 UTC to 7:15 UTC, TCS Power Check (Nardecchia);
- From around 8:00 UTC to 9:45 UTC, disconnection of SQZ Phase Noise Correction (Zendri, De Rossi);
- DSPserver monitor for BPC (Boschi)

Maintenance completed at 10:16 UTC, ITF back in LOW_NOISE_3 at 11:18 UTC at the first attempt.
At 12:35 UTC Nardecchia performed a steps on WE & NE RH (see report #66946).
ITF left locked.

DET
B5 Q1 Loop found open since 0:24 UTC. It was manually closed via VPM 5:03 UTC.
From 6:20 UTC - 5 minutes of OMC Locked in Single Bounce NI Configuration
From 6:31 UTC to 6:51 UTC - OMC Scan

as reported by the operator today we worked on 3 activities

-CC PLL recovery:  the initial value of the laser CC temperature was far from the one needed to close the loop at offset 4 MHz. The beat note was at about 22 MHz. After bringing in open loop configuration the beat note  at about 4 MHz we were able to close the loop. The new value of the laser peltier (cloed loop) is now 25820. We replaced this value with the one (25770) present in the SQZ automation configuration file.

-We disconnected the optical fiber that goes to the detection from the fiber box in the atrium. In its place we connected a fiber-coupled mirror. The purpose is to quantify the phase noise introduced by the fiber box. We kept this configuration for about an hour. An entry on the results obtained will follow.

-As requested at about 11:45 local time we connected the fiber box in figure 1 #66789 to the fiber coming from the detection. In this way the split box (25:75) is bypassed and the squeezer do not get any light anymore.  We also turned off the RF power going to the AOM at 100 MHz.  The only difference compared to the March configuration is that the PC3 output is directly connected to the EIB phase chamber. The power that arrives to this line is therefore 1.8 mW instead of 0.15 mW.
